sho Wrote:IMDb Scraper Settings, what exactly does the following do? by default we only scrape actors/role from main movie/title page on imdb which is restricted... Full Cast Credits add the url "/fullcredits#cast" to the url which then switches the source to the main actors/roles page aka FULL cast but slower. http://www.akas.imdb.com/title/tt0132312...edits#cast << example IMPAwards is High Quality Posters - http://www.impawards.com MoviePosterDB is High Quality Posters - http://www.moviepostersdb.com or http://www.movieposterdb.com cannot recall 100%

thanks guys, what if you enable both Enable IMPAwards & Enable MoviePosterDB?
Will it fetch 3 pics (incl. IMDb) or will one have preference? And Devs, please don't be afraid of placing a reminder here if you add features/functionality that needs to be documented. ....maybe we need to together go over the changelog to find all the new features and functions that has made it into the SVN trunk over the last year or soo (ever since the 2.0.1 point release was released). See:
http://xbmc.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/x.../?view=log This article for one has not been updated in quite a while as well (again, many new/newish features missing since the 2.0.1 point release was released just over a year ago), this article can then be used as a base of featureas and fuctions that may need to be documented in their own articles or in other existing artiles in the wiki: http://www.xbmc.org/wiki/?title=XBMC_Fea...ats/Codecs

One thing while I remember, sho:
There's 2 ways to access the skinning manual info. One is via the "Skinning XBMC" link which takes you to a page where you can click through to controls/windows etc. The other is a separate page that has every other page included in it (i.e. a single giant page) - I'm not sure the link for it now, but I'm sure it's discoverable easy enough via a search. Which one should I be updating if/when I add new controls? And can we remove the one we're not using to save the confusion? Thanks ![]() Cheers, Jonathan Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting. Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules. Skinning is a bit out of my realm, so I have stayed clear of those pages for the most part.
The monster page seems to have been created by Donno and constitutes for the most part of links to other skinning pages. However it also contains original and duplicate (e.g. Anatomy of a skin) info, so it is pretty hard to decide whether to kill it or not. But if you edit, say the Windows page both will be updated, since the Window part of the big one is only a link to the separate Windows section of the Wiki.
