Whenever I try too live stream sports or t.v my streams constantly buffer this happens with all apps. Do I need too upgrade my internet (currently running the lowest speed n.b.n) or do I need to upgrade my android box (Mcq pro). Anyone else have similar issues?

Just for the record live streaming doesn't automatically mean piracy, although quite often it does. Smile

For example I have a legal NHL Gamecenter account through my ISP that I use Kodi to stream. And the OP is correct, since 17 came out there's been a lot of buffering on things that never used to on earlier releases

Or we could fix what is causing the buffering. If it didn't buffer in the earlier release but does now that makes me think the issue is in the new release. Our having to have to filters to bypass the problem isn't fixing it

Before anything can be fixed Debug Logs would be needed so the devs can try and ascertain what is going on

Indeed, and also my apologies for both not including a debug log and coming across earlier as an ass. Apparently a bad day at work and a couple of drinks made me into a bigger arse than normal. Confused

On all live FTA channels like BBC I had a buffering problem. Most channels are HD I turned of Amecodec in hardware acceleration and that solved the problem.

I don't know if there are any side effects to this. Running XBMC 16.3 in Minix U1

Never had any buffering on ON demand.
