Missing Addon from side menu on main page

Hi
Does anyone know how to get this back? i am running Kodi 17.1 and did a reinstall but no luck getting this back. Every video of adding a repository says to go though this addon on the main menu so i can figure out how to get anything installed. Is there another way to access the addon menu?

Actually I don't.

I do. He means the menu optionConfused Go to Settings>Skin Settings>Main Menu and enable "Add-ons"
