Hey all,
I submitted patch #1899017 a few days ago. It extends upon an earlier patch I had done that has already been added into XBMC. This patch adds a third built-in container function to explicitly set a sort method. The previous patch simply added NextSortMethod and PreviousSortMethod functions.
this patch also adds in support for an infolabel to return the current sort method, which I should have done in the last patch. Oops.
Anyway, I wasn't sure what the procedure was on submissions. I know JMarshall had grabbed my previous one on his own and merged it in, but that may have been an exception. So I thought i'd post about it here since i've seen others post about their patches here.
