There are no plans to integrate RadioSHARK or EyeTV at the moment. All my time is being spent on core functionality that's missing (e.g. Python). Once there is support for scripting and Python plug-ins, a whole new world will be opened up that could make it easier to integrate these sorts of things.

I'm using the filelist in videos to show my eyetv recordings, but it also shows the .eyetvsched files; Is there a way to exclude the .eyetvsched files from the video filelist?

There's no support to filter out directories with a specific extension, however VDRFan, one of the devs, mentioned that it should be quite trivial to write a plugin to show organized EyeTV recordings, so it might be something that is released as an add-on.
