Finally back at home and had a chance to update to latest SVN 14606.
Rules for Has Trailer and Play Count(ie; unwatched) works fantastic - THANKS AGAIN!!
Not sure that I completely understand 'order by', I tried setting it as Rating and running the Smartplaylist again and it came up in the same order.
Is this in conflict with the 'Sort By' function in the Videos list?

there should be a sort-by options of "playlist" which is supposed to display them in the order the items were in the playlist.
