Point is no one from us can replicate so debugging this is really hard. Crash dumps are usually pointless as well.

A reasonable response, but I did take a backfoot on posting here for a few reasons and I assumed others would've provided this information. (especially considering how many replies there are)
If I encounter it again, I'll report it, but I'm switching to nightly to avoid it.

i diid a clean install of windows, so without all the extra programs that acer included in the first install from store, now its working fine.
I guess there was a trouble between acer and kodi.

No so sure about the store acer installing extra stuff, but I guess I wouldn't be surprised. A fresh install will usually get you up and operational.
