I'm running Kodi Krypton 14.2, and was working fine then all of a sudden any movie I try to play gives an error.
I tried reinstalling kodi but still the same thing. All my movies are stored on an Unraid server which is shared as smb shares. These are all my owned blu ray disks.
The shares are found and I can even scan the share and add a new movie, which kodi finds fine
Just have a problem when it tried to play a movie.

I'm running windows 7 Pro with an AMD processor.

Attached a section of the log that I felt was important, but can put the full log somewhere if needed.

Has anyone had this issue ?

Hello dandiodati,

Log snippets are of no use.

You will need to provide a debug log. The instructions are in my signature. Use the Basic method. Once you have enabled debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging, restart Kodi then replicate the problem. In your case, try to play the movie. Once done upload to pastebin and link back here. Note: The entire debug log is required. Partial logs may be ignored.

No that's unimportant to your issue. But since you scrubbed your log, can't tell you what add-on is running in thread 3092 and generating that error, which I'm 99% certain is due to the add-on using a window name that was obsoleted in favor of "videos" a while back. I suspect the add-on actually works but the author didn't use a check on the version of Kodi it was run from so only the effective window name was used.

The file does not exist at that location or access to that file has been denied. Are you able to browse the movies share on that server?
