Hi all,
I'll try to describe the scenario:
- kodi 17.4 (LibreElec 8.1) on Linux connected via HDMI to 4K TV
- from kodi settings (Screen settings) I have forced the output resolution to 1080p
The TV switch to the 1080p resolution as expected.
Using xrandr command from command line I see that that resolution is what I have defined in KODI settings
After that I wait for DPMS activation (for example using the power save with DPMS enabled)
When exiting from DPMS, KODI reinizialize the screen resolution to the maximum available (4K in this case) and not honoring the Screen settings previuous defined (if open the Screen settings, the setting is still at 1080p).
Using xrandr, I see that the resolution is 4K not 1080p
can someone help me to check this behaviour?
