Hi folks,

i have a problem with Kodi since 17.5 and 17.6 and 17.7.
When i scroll through the recorded tv section Kodi stops working.
It does not stop working on the same recording, with every try it is a different folder,
but it "works" every time.

I removed the "loaded EPG" entrys, so that the Log files is small enough to upload it.

1. Version of Kodi: 17.6
2. Windows Version: 7 SP1 64bit
3. CPU/Architecture: AMD A10 Series A10-6700T CPU&GPU
4. RAM amount: 8GB
5. PVR DVBViewer & Server

I also have a Kodi Crashlog and a Stracktrace and can append it, if needed.

Does anybody has a idea how i can prevent Kodi from crashing?

While reading the many replies "wink", i tried different things.
What solved my problems was the following:
I deleted the whole userdata folder, okay first i did a backup, then i deleted it.
Then i configured only the really needed options back in and voila now it works.

The old userdata folder was there since Kodi 15 something and saw a lot of versions till 17.6.
I think there was some hicup in the userdata folder which didn't lead to a entry in the log files.
Strange but if nothing seems to be the cause, try the old "backup your user data folder" and do a clean start.
If the problem comes back -> must be something you configured :-)
