I just updated My Santa Rosa MBP 2.4 with the latest EFI-Firmware, and now I can use it in "clamshell-mode", even after suspend/resume, with my Pioneer Plasma LX508...Nice!
Now, I only missing the possibility to go to suspend from within XBMC. I saw that it is in the releaseplan as a feature to come, so....just have to wait.
