NUC+kodi+Harmony 650 help.
#1
Hello all, new to the forum. So I’m interested in getting a NUC to run Kodi but have a question. Is there a specific unit I need that would allow me to use my harmony 650 to turn on/off the NUC and control kodi (openelec or librelec). Is it possible to do out the the box as I’ve read the NUC comes with a built in ir receiver. I would be installing Kodi in a small ssd. Thanks.

Waking from sleep might be possible. But not turning on from standby (off).
I make set posters! (I also take requests)

I have a NUC5i7 and with my 650/700s set up with Intel Media Player device, power toggle turns it on.

I have a Celeron NUC, with 350, that turns it on & off. I can't remember for sure, but I think the 650 did when I used it.

In database, put Intel, then the model of NUC
