ios version 11.2.2
kodi build: kodi-20180127-e1e969b8-master-ios64
as the kodi build goes. iv tried the main build and then beta builds none have a fix.
so there are 2 situations here. you have when you connect to screen mirroring aka apple tv.

while the app is running you can go to setting and choose second screen. it then loads to the second screen and the phone gets the gesture controls the issue  is the tv has a frozen version of kodi you can hear sound affects of moving in the back ground but no visual. so to "ok" the keep changes you guess where its at.
you restart the app and then it loads up with a grey/blackish screen. sounds still there but no picture. help would be appreciated.

The log shows nothing obvious. I will try to test this myself but i have no iphonex (just in case its related to that). Do you have a different Tv to test with by any chance?

I have a different tv but only one Apple TV tho. On my iPhone 4 it mirrors fine just slow.

Tried it with latest nightly an iPad mini with 11.2.2 - works as intended - might really be something special with iPhone X
