When i run without the "Adjust display refresh rate to match video" enabled, everything from 480p to 1080p runs smoothly but with light tearing, and i dont like tearing. Sound plays ok.
When i enable "Adjust display refresh rate to match video" movies and tv shows start to stutter and look like they play in 10fps, be it 480p or 1080p. Sounds plays ok.
I know the tv changes refresh rate when i have the option enabled since it briefly shows "1080/24p" when i have it enabled and doesnt when i havent. Does anyone have any kind of idea on how to get rid of this highly annoying problem?
XBMC 10.1

EDIT: I used to run the exact same setup earlier except that then i ran MediaPortal instead and had a seperate program that changed the update frequency for me.
