Harmony Universal Remote setup?

With the new and shiny Universal Remote support I would like my Harmony 525 to play along with my osxbmc. But I just don't get it.

I found this, but how do I program my remote according to that?

You will need to use the learning mode of your remote for this (i.e. holding the apple remote to the universal remote and teaching it). Basically setup your single/hold buttons as listed then create macros for the menu+buttons (i.e. Menu>Play>Up = Page Minus)
