Found this app called Witch, http://www.manytricks.com/witch/, which saves me from some trouble at least!
Now I'm able to use cmd+tab if XBMC's not active. (Uses alt+tab, and you can even choose subwindows!)

I meant that, if XBMC is runnic, but it's not the active window, I can easily switch to XBMC to control it now =)
