Linux context menu without visible mouse
#1
Hi folks,

Problem: If I press 'c', then sometimes the context menu is not shown. Apparently the context menu depends upon the mouse position, but if the mouse is not shown, what is supposed to happen? Same goes for backspace. Sometimes it goes a step backwards in a menu hierarchy, sometimes it doesn't, depending upon the screen position of an invisible mouse pointer.

This is highly confusing. What is your suggestion here? Is there some option I missed to detect?

I tried the default skin and good ol' confluence. kodi is version 17.6

Every helpful comment is highly appreciated

Use the arrow keys to navigate.

This is not about navigation, but about the context menu.

The context menu works on whatever is highlighted/navigated to. You don't need a mouse pointer when the gui highlights the object.
