Hi Guys and Girls 

I'm new to Kodi and Ubuntu and i'm just finding my way around the platforms and loving the challenge. But i have come to a road block. 

Video streams fine for about 15 minutes the it goes all crackly and distorted with an echo. Once the video is reloaded its fine again for a bit then it does it again. 

HELP !! is it something to do with pulseaudio ? anyone know how do i correct this issue 

I'm running Ubuntu 18.4   Kodi 17.6

FYI: It is Ubuntu with a 'u' at the end. I fixed it for you.


To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file.

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.
