How to backup userdata in deb package
#1
Hi,
Seem to have problems backing up userdata in the deb package.
I made a copy of userdata which is found in usr/share/xbmc when i first installed xbmc.
Updated xbmc last night( weather and time now work..Great job thanks ) but when i copied my user data across it had no effect.
Is there something else i need to copy or is the userdata for the deb package located somewhere else.
Thanks in advance.

The userdata for the debpackage should be in $HOME/.xbmc/ IIRC
So if you use gnome you'll need to view hidde files (dot infront of files/folders means hidden)
