Didn't see anything about this issue with a forum search.

Kodi 17.6 is crashing on W10 for me. The logs seem to imply that it could be something to do with the weather function. I don't need to do much to reproduce the issue, just launch and wait. I updated from a very old version of Kodi fairly recently and haven't been using it much, so although I can't definitively say 17.6 had always displayed this behaviour I suspect it has (I think it's Kodi rather than anything else that I've changed on my PC).

1. Version of Kodi - 17.6
2. Windows Version - W10
3. CPU/Architecture i3 64 bit
4. RAM amount - 8GB

I haven't tried a newer version yet.

Desable weather in settings or try an alternate weather add-on package.

I did actually try and work out how to do that before posting. Now I've disabled the weather add on all is good.

Follow up question. How do I copy the link that the logfile uploader generates? I had to type out this one manually.

It looks like if you have a QRcode reader, things might be easier.

I just do it all manually, using cut&paste techniques, I copy to pastebin.com and pull out the URL C&P to the post.

Yes, you are right. Kodi 17.6 is really crashing so many times. Whenever I used it for a long time it is automatically closed. I am using it on my HP desktop and couldn't get the solution till now. This is the main reason why I have joined this forum. I have asked for help from https://hpsupports.co/hp-support-assistant/ but even they can't help me. Whatever replies I have read on this topic is not working in my case.
