I recognized an ERROR in Version LibreELEC 18 (Leia) v8.90.006 ALPHA on a RPi 3 Mod. B at playing 3D H-SBS (Side-by-Side)/H-OU (Over-Under) MKV-files (x264). When starting such a MKV-file, you will get a selection how to play this 3D file. None of them is working, when the OMX-Player is activated. The file will be played with the original splittscreen pictures. If the OMXPlayer is deactiviated and only MMAL hardware acceleration is activ, the problem does not occur.
In LibreELEC 17 (Krypton) 8.2.5 with the OMX-Player activated this ERROR does not occur. This is reproducible on different 3D-TV devices (Samsung, LG).

Can someone confirm this ERROR? Where is right place to report this bug?

P.S. Also on the latest Milhouse build this ERROR occurs.

So i have logged when reproducing the error. What i did so far:

• fresh install of LibreELEC 18 (Leia) v8.90.006 ALPHA
  
• activate OMXPlayer
  
• enable debug logging and restart
  
• start a 3D H-SBS (x264) movie (Avatar)
  started the movie three times with the following options:
  -> Preferred mode
  -> Monoscopic/2D
  -> Select alternative mode -> side by side
  

In all three cases the movie will be played with the original splittscreen pictures.
