I'm trying to roll back to Beta 4 from Beta 5 for troubleshooting purposes but the system won't let me. The Kodi Android installer acts like it installed Beta 4 but system information still shows Beta 5.
I get an "app not installed" message when I try to side load Beta 4.
Is there something special I need to do?
Thanks

you need to uninstall the newer version
so backup your user folder and uninstall beta 5

Dang, I was hoping that wasn't the solution. Kodi Backup doesn't backup everything (i.e. Cron commands).
This is just a troubleshooting step so I'll probably hold off.

Thanks Martijn. I haven't used ADB before.
I think I'll wait until RC1 is released to see if it makes the problem go away unless someone chimes in on my other thread about Kodi stopping saying reinstalling Beta 4 would help with troubleshooting.
