Yeah, I used Photoshop and Ulead GIF Animator to come up with an animated button that I ended up not even liking. I edited like 40 frames in PS then used UleadGIFAnimator to make the gif.
Took a LONG time to get nowhere.
What was used to make the animated bullets for the red and blue themes for PM3? Adobe Flash?
