[bug report] using xbmc with multiple users
#1
I noticed today that when I use XBMC on multiple user accounts on the same computer, only one user could properly write the XBMC files located in /tmp.

Example : Only one user could properly use subtitles with XMBC.

It would be a good idea to either use separated directories in /tmp for each user, or at least to clear files at logout.

Thanks in advance.

We've known about this problem for awhile, just haven't gotten around to fixing it yet.

Ok, sorry about that, didn't find any posts referring to it.

Any idea on when you'll be fixing this, maybe ?

Thanks

An official bug report would be good.
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail XBMC-Team members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.

Oh, right, we don't have that. Well, when we do, be sure to file it so it doesn't get lost in the forums.
