Changing my PC configured Xbox to Mac?

My Media Center was set up on PC, it has a lot of files on it that i would like to keep, however i have become a mac user over the past year. Is it possible to keep my files but reconfigure my media center so it sync's up with my Mac?

My friend just got a macmini and copied all his stuff(themes imdb data, etc) over to his mac and it worked fine. Nice thing is the folder structure looks to be the same, so it should be relatively easy to drag and drop everything across...
Gotta love open source developers because they actually have a brain and foresight...amazing talent isn't it Wink
