It's a wish we can all understand, but it's not very likely to happen.
One of the above add-ons is being "tolerated" by its company, while others get restricted more and more because of DRM obstructions.

The pay aspect of content is the motivator, in the switch from cable cutters to the internet, we find the same old game, $ for content, bags of money is what it takes.
