ln -s /usr/lib64/dbus-1.0/include/dbus/dbus-arch-deps.h /usr/include/dbus-1.0/dbus

./configure --libdir=/lib64

Seems like the compile is working fine so far...still compiling.

Thank you! I've been trying out openSUSE for the last few days and everything has been going well (thanks to the wiki entry from Anubisg1). Until today, I've had no problems compiling. To make a long story short, I was pulling my hair out trying everything I could, even doing a fresh install of oS, just to get through a compile.

I feel like an idiot, because I had seen your post, but for whatever reason, didn't try it till now. Still compiling, but it got past the 30 secs it would last before. Can someone with permissions add this and add libcdio-devel to the dependencies in the openSUSE wiki for future reference?

Just out of curiosity, what changed from yesterday morning to today to make creating this symlink necessary?

Thanks, again.
