Good day,
I'm using the YouTube addon for like all of my YouTube browsing. I'm using a mod that allows widget, and I like to load my favorite channels as a widget.
The problem with this is that the first 3 items always take up the same three buttons that I don't use when I'm browsing through my widgets. To fix this, I've modded the YouTube addon with a new toggle settings: Hide channel extra's. You can find this option under the Advanced section of the YouTube settings.
You have the option to always hide them, always show them or only hide them when we're on home (aka, in a widget).
The code is probably bad since I haven't got any real python experience. But it works. Tips for improvements are more than welcome. I'm just releasing the source since it may benefit some other users.
