I dont work with ubuntu, so I have no idea. It´s running nice on my windows machine. Maybe there´s an ubuntu user who knows more about this problem...

I'm an Ubuntu user as well (10.04 here) and it doesn't work for me either.

It seems to fail on a missing entry.list file. Upon closer inspection, this file actually seems to be missing. It is also missing from the repository, as shown here

I don't have the "Show only my shortcuts" option enabled. I have some Python experience, so I'll try to look deeper into the script if I have some more time later today.

Didn't scan the log by now.

I'm using the xbmc that comes with the yaVDR 0.3 distribution.

Can confirm that on a recent SVN PPA build and the latest VideoMonkey, I could watch France24 yesterday. Awesome.
