What's going on with the patch tracker? I heard that it was moving to a new location, but it's been offline for a few weeks now (well, locked down).

We are moving to new hosting. It was already supposed to be over but at the last minute we switched to another hosting location. Hopefully we will have trac up and running this weekend....sorry about that.

trac is now operational. you can go to xbmc.org/trac to submit bugs/patches/requests.
