Kodi GUI set to 1920x1080@60p and Adjust Display Refresh Rate set to On Start/Stop - with stable 18.3 playing a 50fps video clip the refresh rate gets set to 50Hz on start of play.
But with stable v18.4 (and also on v19.0 M**** build 20191029-9371b111) the playback immediately starts with the Kodi GUI refresh rate, and only after 3-4 seconds the refresh rate change happens (along with video frame catchup tp synch with audio).
