mr.fritch i saw in github in pull request that our issue that you posted about revert JNI to NDK was removed.

does it mean the issue we have is related with this and its going to be fixed, right?

So i have test the new test Build and this working. No more jerking. When will all builds have this fix? Will this also be in Kodi 19?

I still have one full hd channel impacted by a similar issue. Only with Shield TV 2019 and Shield TV Pro 2019 and every Kodi release after 18.6 (18.8 and nightly 19.0). And also the issue exists in all kodinerds builds 18 and 19. On 18.6 works fine.

On Shield TV Pro 2015 works fine with every Kodi version.

fox hd. after shield restart video is ok for seven minutes. after that picture freezes and changes a bit every 10 seconds. audio is ok most of the time, some stuttering
video decoder ff-h264 (SW)
pixel format yuv420p
deinterlace method yadif=1:1:1
video stream 1,920x1,088 px, 1.78 AR, 50.000 FPS
audio stream FL, FR, ff-mp2, 16 bits, 48,000 Hz
aq: 10%, Kb/s 187.50 rr 0.99877
vq: 22%, Mb/s 14.94, fr: 50,000, drop:0, skip:0 pc:2

CDVDVideoCodecAndroidMediaCodec::Open hints: Width 1920 x Height 1080, Fpsrate 25 / Fpsscale 1, CodecID 27, Level 40, Profile 77, PTS_invalid 0, Tag 0, Extradata-Size: 56

Live channels and PVR live works fine so this problem is only in Kodi. PVR is tvheadend 4.3.0.
