Hi, I will try to reproduce on my old iPhone 3G.

Edit: I was able to install Kodi 17.6 from official Kodi Cydia repo (https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Install_Ko...from_Cydia).

Kodi is available on the official Kodi Cydia repo and also on the BigBoss repo (this repo should be installed by default on Cydia).

But in your image I can see version 16.1-0, what repo did you use? Last Kodi version (18.8) is on both Kodi and BigBoss repo and should works on iOS 9. Did you refresh Cydia source before installing Kodi?

Thanks for immediate reply, I tried first the latest version then chose the 16-1-0 in the menu but still got same result.

No, this is my first time installing KODI, i did try the 17-1-0 version but to no avail. Shall I proceed deleting?

P.S. i tried for the files you have suggested but i think they're not existing becuase the app failed to install in the first place.

Are you able to install other random GUI package from Cydia?

yes i did, i even successfully installed similar app lik iPlay and Universal TV but they're not functioning tho

After some google search I am pretty sure that Cydia failed to install Kodi because there is not enough free space on system partition.

Each time is the same error as you. Try to follow advice in comments ;-)

ok, thanks for the references I'll try the recommendations and let you know sooner or later. I can't clean for now because my jailbreak already past 7 days and can't afford to reset. Need to jailbreak again. Do you know how can I increase my Cydia partition? My available free space is still 9.1 GB tho.

I've already made a fresh jailbreak and installed stashing fix from Karen repo but it still failed. I think it's not possible to extract the deb file in 16GB storage as it's system partition is much smaller. What I did was I signed a Kodi v.17 ipa available in web. It is working but some add-ons failed to install like Adultswim and some crashes like Catch-up Live TV.

Maybe if we could find and test a v.18 Laia 32-bit ipa version we may conclude something.

What you can try is:

* Download latest official deb file of Kodi
* Convert the deb file to an IPA file (https://www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comme...orks_with/)
* Install the IPA file on your iPhone with Filza (Install AppSync Unified before https://cydia.akemi.ai/?page/net.angelxw...yncunified)
