I'm currenty using Kodi 18.7 on TCL TV.
Some 4K HDR MKV with HD Audio like TRUEHD with ATMOS make playback stuttering and not sync with video.
Only MX Player with custom codec work fine.
Tried with other android player like Q5 Pro and FireTV 4K work fine too.

When get stats in Ctrl + Shift + O combo, I found aq random between 90-99% when vq steady at 99%.
MKV file have 2 audio tracks is TrueHD 7.1 and AC3 5.1, both have same problem.

And I have tried mutiple verision and fork of Kodi.
- Kodi 17.6: aq better than Kodi 18.x and 19.x (~95 vs ~90). Playback choppy.
- SPMC (Kodi 16.7 ?): aq steady at 99%. Playback smooth.
