I would like to warn the devs for the analyzes:

I used the Twitch.tv addon in RPI 3B+ Kodi Leia and it worked perfectly.

I upgraded to Kodi Matrix 10.04 and the Twitch addon was crashing.

In both Leia and Matrix, I use the Eminence skin.

After a few tests, I realized that there must be some incompatibility with the skin, since I switched to the default skin and the Twitch.tv addon no more crashes.

Kodi Nexus on Win 10, had a working Twitch v3.0.0 but the other day it wanted to me to reauthorize.  I followed the link provided in Settings>Login, got a new key and pasted it in Login>OAuth Token but can't get anything to play.  When I try to play a video I get "Private OAuth credentials are incorrect...".  Does anyone have instructions for keys in Subscriber and Turbo Benefits keys?  I have tried old backups, I tried getting the key from Twitch API console (where I assumed Secret key is OAuth Token) and now I currently have it blank.  Thanks!

Suddenly, everything I do gives me the "failed to connect to Twitch API" pop-up, including selecting "Get OAuth token".  Tried setting the entire login tab to defaults, and still no dice.  Also managed to track down the link to get a token and tried inserting a new one, and still nothing.

I'm guessing the add-on is using some kind of legacy API function that Twitch just nerfed?  It was fine about 10 hours ago.

@gregfrankenstein Works fine for me, as of a couple of minutes ago so presumably either a temporary error and/or local to you.

Time to get a debug log going and see if there is anything more informative there.

Sorry, I'm very silly.  It was because the Turbo benefits token expired.  For some reason I thought there was a different error for that, but in any case I should have tried clearing it.

Sorry to ask but are there instructions for setting up that section.  I had it working but a while back it wanted to re-authorize, got a new OAuth Token but every time I try to play something I get "Private OAuth credentials are incorrect...".   Thanks!

On the same boat~ installed kodi for the first time on iOS 12.5.7 the other day and the add-on worked great. Had to do a fresh recovery on the iPad and now when I try to get an OAuth key for the second time it's the same link as the first time, and now says "Gone" when I go to the link. I guess it was my mistake of not revoking it before doing a fresh recovery.

Trying to authorize but only getting the message GONE when I go to https://twitchaddon.page.link/Z1iP

Any advice?

Good to go now!  I was not the only one and someone posted a bug and someone was kind enough to post a new link.

Created an account as I was getting the same issue. I updated my Kodi and now when using the Get Oauth token option it gives a different URL

Try using https://twitchaddon.page.link/1SK5 instead as that worked for me!
