It may be news that the ATV 3 has been jailbroken a few months back, *LINK REMOVED BY MODERATOR* you can even install the old Kodi 14 build for the ATV 2 and have it work. However I'm thinking the video acceleration isn't working as the performance is pretty miserable. Would there be any interest from kodi devs to create an updated release for this thing? Yeah it's old but it should do 1080 stuff fine and sure beats re-installing every week on the ATV 4... Cheers

I'm looking at the site right now. There are no links to anything that "may contain harmful programs". It's literally just text and some images for the instructions. I visited the site in the first place using firefox and haven't seen such a warning, what are you talking about??

Hm, wierd. Maybe Google (note "Advisory provided by Google Safe Browsing") has a thing against jailbreaks? I guess it's gonna be treated by antivirus companies and the sort like they would a keygen or the like, not malicious but goes against the corporations wishes :^ ). Anyway, here's my own personal ATV 3 running thims JB and kodi for the ATV 2 installed...

In case you haven't noticed, Kodi 14.2 Helix has become a prehistoric version of Kodi by now, has gotten beyond our realm of support.
Also, I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "any source".

That's ok can I update to a newer Kodi ? if is already install in the Apple Tv 3? I am unable to add a source (its what I meant) in prior post.
