I understand the the Mac port of XBMC is in it's infancy, but I am very weary of applications that require an installer application to be run in order to install an app (particularly when the installer requires root access to install).
My reason for this is that applications that use installers on the Mac tend to be difficult to uninstall an often do not follow "normal" OSX conventions on file placement. I am not accusing XBMC of doing anything wrong as it appears to only install in the manner so the app to be accessed under all user profiles.
I would love the adoption of a Drag and Drop install for future versions.
