Android Upgrading Android TV Firmware from Version 4.4.2
#1
I’m getting back to setting up my man cave and haven’t used my Kodi TV for years. The box is an outdated EZXstream. The box lists Amlogic Mali 450 Quad Core A9. Model number:n200, Android version:4.4.2, Build number: EZXstream.16Plus.20160423, Kernal version:3.10.33
Does anyone know if I can upgrade my Android 4.4.2 to Android 10? I appears that I would be able to upgrade my Kodi to the latest version with the new Android. Thanks for your help!

Android firmware is usually fixated into the box's BIOS, thus upgrading will not be possible.
Perhaps you can turn the box into a firm doorstop?

Lol! So I guess that means I don’t need to keep taking up space in my storage room!

Technology goes fast, and a new "simple" Android box can be purchased for a relatively small price.
