My wifi speed reaches up to 100m speed

I’ve a fully updated windows 8.1 pc and have not had such issues previously.

This is a forum to support Kodi on a windows machine, your torrent adventures are of little concern, but a quick observation would be that the source is likely the limiting factor. FYI: Windows 10 is available and is the fully updated iteration that is supported on the MS web site.
