Hi,
I just went to the download page to get a more up-to-date version of Matrix than the one I'm currently using and noticed under the release section for Windows the most recent version available is Kodi 19.0 dated the 18th February 2021 from the below link. Is this a final release for Matrix?

I'm currently using a nightly build from the 12th January 2021 and have noticed that every time a Live TV show ends or the next show is about to begin, everything freezes for a second or two, then timeshift is activated, hence I wanted to try a more up-to-date version of Kodi to see if there was any difference and if the issue had gone away.
So I was curious if the above above is a final release or if I should still go with current pre-release of Matrix RC1 dated the 15th January, 2021?
