Just curious why many newer PVR client addons are missing from "kodi-pvr" project/repo on GitHub which looks to be used as upstream from most other PVR client addons?

PVR client addons that look to be missing from there:
 

• Zattoo PVR Client -> https://github.com/rbuehlma/pvr.zattoo as the current upstream or?
  
• Teleboy PVR Client -> https://github.com/rbuehlma/pvr.teleboy as the current upstream or?
  
• Sledovanitv.cz PVR Client -> https://github.com/palinek/pvr.sledovanitv.cz as the current upstream or?
  
• Waipu.tv PVR Client -> https://github.com/flubshi/pvr.waipu
  
• Freebox PVR Client -> https://github.com/aassif/pvr.freebox/wiki
  

Not all have source code links in the wiki as such it can be some detective work to find out which is the current upstream repository and developers on GitHub.
