[split] Netflix Add-on
#1
What device ? What OS for "actual NF app" is used ? What resolution and stream bandwidth, and what decoding HW or SW does "actual app" use ?
What resolution and stream bandwidth does NF addon use, or are you expecting that anyone here can read your mind ?

For more info and possible buffering solution *URL REMOVED BY MODERATOR*
I'm using an nVidia Shield 2019. The buffering is happening with 1080p content.

It's funny... Some other dude posted the exact same text a few hours ago with a totally useless link.
Now your post appears, with a different link.

Do no test our patience with spamming your firestick webpage links. We also do not care for any covert VPN advertising.
Consider this your first AND final warning.

If my connection is good enough to play streaming video from the actual Netflix app it should be fast enough for the add-on. Rebooting my router sometimes fixes it but I never have to do that for other streaming apps so my connection isn't the problem.

I've had a chat with other moderators, and they concur that the problem remains: you are linking to a page / website, that is not considered Kodi-compliant in terms of our forum rules (wiki) and subsequent piracy policy (wiki). If you are adament in providing a tutorial or possible a solution for the problem, I'm sure there are problem-solving websites out there _without_ all the stuff that Team Kodi is getting skin rashes from.

So once again I'm removing your "read this" link. Don't attempt to post a similar type of website link again, or your Kodi-forum days could be over sooner than later.

@Guido2012 I've edited the post you mentioned at https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid2949245 and removed the offending URL.
As you were not quoting the actual post we have no way of knowing where it comes from.
Make yourself very familiar with Banned Add-ons (wiki) and piracy policy pages, any links to sites which promote piracy addons, wizards and have tons of advertising of dubious services are not welcome here.

An archive link.. Really? Starting from 2018?
Move along now. I've split our posts from the original thread to keep its flow going.

If you have specific posts that you feel need to be looked at, please link to them properly. Your links above are all sorts of weird ways to access the forum such as print and archived threads.

To do this, simply right-click on the number at the top-right of the post (for example this post is #12) and copy the link. That is the link to the specific post, and will take anyone clicking it straight to the post.

Editted to add - looking through that users posts here, I don't see any that have links of concern in them.

It's quoting another post with a link to a dodgy site, rather than that user actually posting the link.

That has now been removed, as has the link in the original post. But thanks for the heads-up.
