It was working perfectly yesterday and now today I get an error message saying "file failed to load". Only thing I've done since then is load plex simultaneously to watch a TV show. Any help would be appreciated. I spent a very long time setting it up over the past few days

If I interpret your log correctly your problem seems to originate on your jellyfin server itself. Eg. lot's of 400 errors coming from the server.
Maybe restarting the server software might help?
