I've recently been introduced to 3 sites where one can watch TV/Video for free. They are:

I wondering if XBMC has any way to download/display any of the files?
Stream video from some TV streaming websites?

Or ask Mr Voinage very very nicely to take a look.... pretty sure hes upto his eyeballs in requests but you never know.....
