I do have tested my end with maze runner, using the 19.3 stutter fix build and did not experience any stuttering on my nvidia shield.

You have not said the most important thing that is the name of the device you use (Shield 2019....2017 other)
Sorry, I use shield pro 2019, I had small sound cuts in dolby atmos in passthrough, and also loss of frames in video, I use kodi 18.9 now that works well, but I would like to use kodi 19 now, I see that everything is already solved?

Did you have video frame loss problems before? Small cuts in the smoothness of video shots

Don't talk about the other builds like from KodiNerds which contain other changes. You could have stutter due to DolbyVision.

For me WW84 is a good sample. The intro with a very long pane used to have stutters in the first 10 min. No one with the fix.
I just requested in a french forum some help to test it.
Yes, this test build wil replace your current version. No installation beside.

Well, I tried, and sure enough Well, I tried, and sure enough the sound stutters with atmos tracks, it's fixed, but the video stuttering, this one worse., I was so excited that everything will work fine, but nothing.

I notice improvement in the audio track atmos, but this worse stuttering in the video, image jumps, very sad, I thought it could already work well, I will continue to use kodi 18.9
