Hi and Merry Christmas, first I hope that I'm using the correct terms while I try to describe the problem that I'm facing.
I live in Israel and I'm watching the local channels using kodi 19.3 installed on a pc with windows 10.
The strange thing (for me, at least) is that only on one of the channels - there is a freeze and the round progressing (reloading?) monitor appears and the program resumes - for about 16 seconds (checked with a watch) and this goes over and over again. the funny thing is that's only on one channel, all the others are flawless. to my humble opinion, if the problem would have been with the hardware, it would be on every channel. is there a way to fix it?
