Divvin and Ninja Video plugins not working for me

I just updated to the latest TECH build today and for some reason the two forementioned plugins are not working. Well Divvin hasn't worked for me in ages, so that's nothing new, but just as of late NinjaVideo just stopped working.

Here's the log I posted...I tried one plugin after the other:

P.S. I have to latest versions of both plugins as well as the latest version of Veohproxy.

Nevermind....I just found out that both websites are down.

Hi there anyone have any news on these two plugin like when will there be any updated to them .
