ok I will post a log, but my update took a turn for the worse. in file mode it's showing the whole season of the TV show, when I go to library mode nothing, I've tried removing and re-adding them same thing, Prior to them not showing up in library mode, I added a folder.jpg to the season folder to get the dvd cover to show up, it was still showing the banner

Ok here is my log, and here is my latest problem

http://pastebin.ca/1202861

like I said my directory structure looks like this

\media\tv shows\show name\season\files.avi

the files are named like this "Sanford and Son.s03e01.episode name.avi"

now the scrapper is finding the info for the episodes and adding it fine, but when I go to tv shows it will say "a guest in the yard 12 episodes" when it should be episode 12, it's doing this for all of them. It's also not sorting them correctly, regardless of what method I choose. the naming is exact for all of them. I followed the naming that came up when I Googled how to name them.

I just tried switching it to "Sanford and son_s02e03_name.avi" same thing it's still not showing them in order and saying "X eposides" instead of X episode" I tried sorting by name and by file.

ideas I'm lost Smile

Sorry I don't follow. What do you mean? Post a link to screen shots which illustrate your two problems.

Sorry it sounds confusing here's a screen shot maybe you'll understand
http://www.fusiontekpc.com/screenshot001.jpg

I am assuming it should say "episode 12" instead of "12 EPISODES" because each one is it's own episode in it's own folder And if it's just my bad grammar, it's still not sorting them by name, "Sanford and Son.s01e01.avi" should come before "sanford and son.s01e02.avi" as of right now it just seems to sort them however it wants, regardless of how I tell it to sort the files.

does the screenshot help any? lol

Looks like you've got an old build. It's sorted alphabetically there, by episode title.

I think this was a problem with old builds of XBMC and MediaStream. Get the latest of both.

I installed the Atlantis 4 release with the 9/11 EXE build. Same thing with the TV shows, I'd like them to be sorted in episiode order, not name order. I tried the "file" sort option, no luck. I deleted the myvideos34.db and re-added the shows but it didn't work anything.

what am I not doing?

Did you also get the latest Mediastream?
What does it look like in PMIII?

please only post screenshots with PM3 as its the officially supported skin. and if you want further assistance, post a link to a debug log after you've scanned. there should be an indication in there as to why some things are duplicated.

and with PM3, if you select sort by episode, the episodes should be represented in this format: "1x1 - title"
