Hi,
I am using Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS and MythTV Version : v32.0+fixes, with a networked backend and frontend. The frontend and backend are running the same Ubuntu version.
After I install Kodi on my frontend, and install the Mythtv-pvr plugin and configure the Mythtv plugin with the correct and accessible IP address of the backend, I get the message from Kodi "The add in is not compatible with this version of Kodi"
I can't seem to find through searching any reference to this error.
The standard Mythtv frontend works fine from the same machine that I have installed Kodi onto, with the same backend IP address etc.

To be clear, you installed the pvr addon mythtv and not the video addon mythbox, right?

I installed the Mythtv pvr addon on the frontend box, not the backend server. I didn't install the video addon mythbox.
The same Mythtv addon works well on my Windows 11 laptop.

This post may be relevant. The appropriate pvr ubuntu package may not have been available when you installed it, so you might just need to update now:

I have checked and I think it is working now. Thanks for your help. I'm a bit of a newbie to kodi.
