The only thing I miss about WMC is the way that the TV Guide responds to the remote. If a show was currently running you could use a default key press like like you do in Kodi. But if the show is in the future, you could have it trigger a recording prompt or even just a tuning timer. If you pressed on a show in the past, it would not do anything. I would prefer an intuitive process like this, at least as an option.
